1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to, use of, and participation in all services offered by Elements Casino Brantford (the "Casino"), including but not limited to gaming facilities, table games, slot machines, poker room, promotions, rewards program, and other related activities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Casino, using any of its services, or participating in any activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from accessing or utilizing our services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old to enter the Casino or participate in its activities. You are responsible for verifying your age and ensuring that all guests under your supervision meet this minimum requirement.

5. Self-Exclusion

If you have self-excluded yourself from OLG casinos or are barred by regulatory or law-enforcement authorities, you will not be permitted entry into the Casino or participate in our services during your exclusion period.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies within the Province of Ontario, as well as any rules governing casino gaming in Canada. We reserve the right to take disciplinary action against you if we determine that you have breached these obligations.

7. Gaming Participation

By participating in our services or activities, including but not limited to betting, playing games, or receiving rewards, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all applicable rules of conduct for each specific activity or promotion.

8. Winnings

All winnings are subject to verification and may be delayed pending confirmation. Jackpot payments will follow OLG payment procedures, which include federal tax withholding as required by law.

9. Safety Measures

The Casino shall implement necessary safety measures to ensure a secure environment for all guests, including surveillance systems, security personnel, emergency evacuation plans, and adherence to Health & Safety Regulations.

10. Limitations of Liability

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, except in cases where such losses are directly caused by gross negligence on our part or an intentional act of recklessness that could reasonably have been foreseen as likely to cause harm.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed according to, the laws applicable within the Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through the courts having jurisdiction in Ontario.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify our Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use or access after such revisions constitutes acceptance of them.
